The apartments, all with a private terrace<\/strong> or ground floor garden<\/strong>, offer quality materials and mid-high finishes. The aluminum<\/strong> frames and electric sunshades<\/strong> ensure comfort and solar protection. <\/p>

The underfloor heating<\/strong>, autonomous and manageable via thermostats, is supported by heat pumps<\/strong> and a geothermal system<\/strong>, with individual meters<\/strong> for heat and water.<\/p>

Each unit is equipped with a video intercom<\/strong>, TV, telephone, and internet outlets, satellite system pre-installation, and a washer\/dryer column. The finishes include stoneware in living areas and bathrooms<\/strong>, parquet in bedrooms<\/strong>, armored entrances, and lacquered wood interior doors. <\/p>

The kitchens, complete with MIELE or equivalent<\/strong> appliances, include a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, hood, and induction cooktop<\/strong>. The apartments, all featuring a private terrace or garden (on the ground floor), are characterized by quality materials and mid\/high-level finishes. The frames are designed in aluminum. Solar protection is provided by aluminum slat sunshades with electric control. The heating management, which occurs through underfloor coils, is autonomous and controllable thanks to thermostats installed in each room and is produced by heat pumps supported by a state-of-the-art geothermal system. For cost allocation, each unit is equipped with heat and cold\/hot water meters. The electrical system is designed with switches and outlets according to current standards and regulations. Each residential unit is equipped with a video intercom, TV, telephone, and internet outlets in the living room and each bedroom. Additionally, pre-installation is provided (from the technical room to the roof) for the installation of a satellite system. Each unit is prepared for the installation of a washer\/dryer column. The standard finishes, widely customizable, include stoneware for living areas and bathrooms and parquet for sleeping areas. Various colors and finishes are available. Armored entrance door and lacquered wood interior doors. The kitchens are all complete with MIELE or equivalent brand appliances and include: dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, electric oven, hood, and induction hob.
